Shipping Time:

Orders will be delivered within 6–9 business days from the date of processing — not from the date the order is placed.
Although we work with trusted U.S. shipping partners, some factors may occasionally cause delays, such as weather conditions, holiday season, or carrier delays.
While these are beyond our control, we will always keep you updated with the latest tracking information available.


Customs Tax:

Klyvoo.shop operates and ships exclusively within the United States. Therefore, no customs taxes or duties apply to your order.


Shipping Coverage:

We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international or military base shipping.
All domestic orders qualify for Free Shipping nationwide — no minimum purchase required.


Cancellation and Return Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
