Return & Refund Policy

Time Frame for Returns/Refunds/Exchange

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us, as unapproved returns may get lost or not processed.
We gladly accept both refund and exchange requests (for size or color changes).


Conditions for Eligible Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, items eligible for return or exchange must be in the same condition as received — unused, slightly used unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover the initial processing and delivery of your order.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Then, contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Return Shipping

Your satisfaction is our top priority.
While customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, we cover return shipping for damaged or defective items — please contact us first for approval.

For all other returns, shipping and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund.


Exclusions

To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Any item that is not in resellable condition due to customer handling
